1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Initiating a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact us at custompocketknife@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
5. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different product, please follow the return process above, and place a new order for the replacement item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please include photos of the damage in your email.
